Fitness isn't a chore to do to punish yourself. Fitness is a tool that you use to break down barriers you set in your life. It's a tool to become the best version of yourself. I've been able to do things the last two years I never thought I could do. The best part about it is, with every goal accomplished, a new one is born. I feel like I'm constantly evolving and quite frankly, there's no better feeling. If you want something, go out there and get it for yourself. Lean on those who are in your corner, and ignore the people who aren't. You got this and I believe in you 👍🏼

I've always been into documentaries and have watched many and have always been into nutrition. Apparently when you combine the two shit gets real 😂 I've watched Food Inc. and @cowspiracy leaving with a sense of wanting to do more but once I watched What the Health (Netflix) this chain of events began. Then I watched @forksoverknives, Food Matters and Vegeducated and bought some books that led me to the China Study. This has been life changing. While still new to this new lifestyle I feel absolutely amazing. Energy level is up and I haven't needed any medication to help me sleep. I can't wait to see where this new vegetarian lifestyle takes me and if anyone is thinking about trying it please feel free to message me so we can do this together.
