Oh my what a learning curve it was trying to unlock the secrets to a peaceful morning routine 😬. The transition to earlier bed times and rooster wake up calls was a bit difficult at first but we’ve finally nailed our mornings to happier times. 👇Here’s what really helped: * Prepare the night before* Get them to bed earlier.* Get yourself to bed earlier.* Use routines to make transitions easier.* Get up 45-60 minutes before your kids do.* Don’t “Bark” at them* Devote 5 minutes to relaxed, quiet time as they wake up.
🌟A quick full body circuit I’ve been adding to my run days. Ideally I should do this before because its better to strength train before a cardio routine - it warms you up, increases the metabolic process and reduces muscle soreness.
