So easy! & if you have it prepped in advance throw all the ingredients in a pan straight from the fridge, heat it up & enjoy💯.Recipe for the turkey meatballs and how I make my zucchini noodles will be posted 👇.Turkey Meatballs2 tsp basil2 1/2 tsp oregano1/4 tsp pink salt1/4 black pepper1 tsp onion powder1 tsp garlic powder2 lbs ground turkey (or chicken)1 egg1/2 cup almond flour -Preheat the over to 350 C -mix all ingredients together throughly (will have to use your hands)-roll into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper-bake for about 30 mins (or until fully cooked throughout)Zucchini noodles-2 zucchini's (I used one yellow one and one green one!)-salt/ pepper-1 TBS avocado oil -Heat the avocado oil over med heat-spiralize zucchini (I have a handheld one that is perfect and super cheap or you can use a stand one- if you don't have either you can use a vegetable peeler to give the same effect!) -add the 'zoodles' to your pan and add salt and pepper-cook until tender (about 2/3 mins)-serve & enjoy with your meatballs and pasta sauce!
