Теперь в эту смесь нужно добавить 2 ч. л. соли и 2 ст. л. оливкового масла. Замесить тесто в комбайне, вымешивать минут 15–20, после чего положить в миску с небольшим количеством растительного масла, накрыть полотенцем и оставить в таком положении подходить на час или полтора. Когда тесто подойдет, взять половину и раскатать из него пласт размером 25x40. Выложить томатный соус, оставляя с краев 6–7 см со всех сторон. На помидоры положить тертую моцареллу, разложить кусочки ветчины и салями, взять яйцо, слегка его взбить, чтобы смазать незаполненные края. Prick the potato, add potato in Boiling water in a pot and add salt to it after 7-8 mims add onion and cook till potato are cooked 2.Drain potatoes and onion on an absorbent paper and set.3.Heat enough oil in a pan and fry potatoes and onions. Drain on an absorbent paper and set aside.4.Heat oil in another pan. Add cumin seeds and bay leaf. When the seeds start to splutter add onion paste.5.Mix well and sauté for 4-5 mins.6.Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies(add chillies accordimg to the taste). Cook for 2 mins.7. Add tomato paste and cook till the rawness smellof tomato stops that cam be till 7-8 min.8.Add kitchen king masala, coriander powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric powder and Mix well and cook for 2-3 mins.9.add salt, Mix well and cook covered for 5 mins.10.Add Kasuri methi along with yogurt and cream. Mix well in a bowl and then add it to the gravy andcook for a minute.(if u directly add the curd in the gravy it will not give u a smooth texture of the gravy soo its netter to mix it in a bowl and add it to the gravy).11.Add water and mix well.
